Our short-term commission is calculated on the net — what remains after platform fees and cleaning — not on the gross amount paid by the guest. At the same headline rate, that leaves more with you.

The north and west first: Grand Baie, Pereybère, Cap Malheureux, Tamarin, Flic en Flac and Rivière Noire. Elsewhere on the island a surcharge applies — two hours of driving per turnover has a cost, and we would rather say so upfront.
