Scope of the published information
The amounts, occupancy rates and estimates shown on this site — in particular those produced by the revenue estimator — are orders of magnitude based on prices observed in Mauritius. They are not an offer, a contractual commitment, or a guarantee of return. Only a signed management mandate binds HERITAGE, and only the amounts it states are authoritative.
Regulated activity
Any short-term rental in Mauritius requires a licence issued by the Tourism Authority, specific to each property. That licence is issued to the owner and its renewal is their responsibility. HERITAGE supports the process without taking it over.
